Last Updated on 19 Oct 2026 • By Jeleen Rondon

This isn't every restaurant in Marina Bay. It's the 12 we'd send you to, all bookable on Chope, with the dishes diners rave about most so you know exactly what to order. Picks run from a $$ wagyu bowl to a revolving private dining room, across Fullerton, Collyer Quay, Marina One and Gardens by the Bay. Whether you're planning a proposal under a glass dome, a client lunch behind closed doors or cocktails before the Gardens light show, there's a table here for it.

Perched on Level 19 of OUE Bayfront, VUE trades sprawl for polish. It's a compact, contemporary fine-dining room with clean sightlines across Marina Bay and the CBD skyline. Book early and you're rewarded too: come before the evening rush and an early-seating discount takes the edge off a special-occasion bill.

Why we love it: It holds the highest diner rating on this list, 4.7 from 69 verified Chope reviews with service scored 4.9, and the terrace faces Marina Bay Sands head-on.

Best for: Business dinners and milestone dates with a skyline backdrop over Marina Bay.

Must try: Binchotan-grilled A5 Emperor Kokuou Black Wagyu, then a Speyside Buck cocktail from the bar.

Why we love it: Voted Most Romantic Restaurant in Chope's 2022 Diners' Choice Awards, it prices dinner tables by position, from $80++ on the balcony to $168++ at the water's edge.

Best for: Proposals, anniversaries and waterfront celebrations where the table itself is the occasion.

Why we love it: SilverKris describes it as Singapore's last remaining revolving restaurant, and diners report one full rotation takes about two hours, circling the whole Collyer Quay waterfront over dinner.

Best for: Private celebrations and client dinners that need a closed room and a view.

Must try: Bird's Nest in Chicken Consommé, Chope diners' most-voted dish, then Buddha Jumps Over the Wall.

Best for: Business lunches and small family celebrations over refined Cantonese cooking.

Kinki doesn't do subtle. Sneaker-clad staff, graffiti-clad walls and a cartoon sumo wrestler watch over the sushi counter, but underneath the theatre is genuinely serious cooking. Dig into the High Roller Wagyu Don, layered with A4 wagyu, Hokkaido uni and summer black truffle, or try the Rock & Roll maki for a bolder bite. Afterwards, head up to the rooftop bar for sake and skyline views over Marina Bay Sands.

Why we love it: Kinki runs one of the bay's few Saturday bottomless brunches, $68++ for free-flow sushi and sashimi, with a $38++ top-up for free-flow sake, beer or prosecco.

Best for: Saturday bottomless brunch with friends, or after-work drinks at the rooftop bar upstairs.

Why we love it: Hopscotch's cocktails riff on local flavours, such as White Sands, served in a seashell with lychee liqueur, nigori sake and coconut sorbet, making it the Gardens' most distinctive drinks stop.

Best for: Pre-light-show cocktails or a relaxed family lunch at Gardens by the Bay.
