Chope-Dollars will expire on 30 November 2026, but you have two ways to make full use of your balance before then!

Link your Chope account with Grab by 30 November 2026 to convert your entire Chope-Dollars balance into GrabCoins at a special conversion rate created for this transition.

Alternatively, you can continue using your Chope-Dollars to redeem rewards from the existing catalogue through the Chope app until the deadline.

Plus, receive a mystery welcome gift on Grab simply for linking your accounts, even if your Chope-Dollars balance is zero. It's our way of saying thank you and welcoming you to Grab.

The best part? You can continue earning rewards on eligible restaurant bookings made through Grab Dine Out, while unlocking even more ways to earn and redeem across dining out, food delivery, rides and more on the Grab app.

By booking through Grab Dine Out, you can earn GrabCoins and enjoy more ways to earn and use rewards across dining out, food delivery, rides and more. It's a single rewards experience that goes further.
All Chope-Dollars will expire at 23:59 Singapore time on 30 November 2026.

Before then, you can choose to:
1. Link your Chope account with Grab and convert your entire Chope-Dollars balance into GrabCoins; or
2. Use your Chope-Dollars to redeem rewards from the existing catalogue through the Chope app.

Any Chope-Dollars that have not been converted or used by the deadline will expire automatically. Once expired, they will become void and cannot be recovered, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Yes. Once your Chope and Grab accounts are linked, your entire Chope-Dollars balance will be converted automatically into GrabCoins at the applicable rate.

Every Chope-Dollar in your account will be converted. You cannot choose to convert only part of your balance, and the conversion cannot be reversed.

If you would prefer to redeem your Chope-Dollars from the existing catalogue, please do so before linking your account.
There is no minimum balance required. Every Chope-Dollar in your account will be converted at the applicable rate:

Singapore: 1 C$ becomes 4 GrabCoins. For example, 100 C$ becomes 400 GrabCoins, worth S$0.80.

Your entire Chope-Dollars balance will be converted automatically when your accounts are successfully linked.
Your GrabCoins will be credited immediately once your account linkage and conversion are confirmed.

You'll then be redirected to the Grab app, where you can view your new balance. Your converted GrabCoins will be valid for six months from the date they are issued. You can check their exact expiry date in the Grab app.
Ensure that your Chope app has been updated to the latest version.

Before you begin, please remember that linking your accounts will automatically convert your entire Chope-Dollars balance. Both the account linkage and conversion are permanent and cannot be reversed.

How to link accounts

Once the linkage and conversion are confirmed, you'll be redirected to the Grab app. Your accounts must be successfully linked by 23:59 Singapore time on 30 November 2026 to convert your Chope-Dollars balance.
Yes! You'll receive the mystery welcome gift simply for successfully linking your Chope and Grab accounts, even if your Chope-Dollars balance is zero. Once the account linkage is confirmed, you'll be redirected to the Grab app, where you can view and claim it.
No. Both the account linkage and Chope-Dollars conversion are permanent and cannot be reversed.

Once converted, your Chope-Dollars cannot be returned to your Chope account. If you would prefer to use your Chope-Dollars on the existing rewards catalogue, please redeem them before linking your accounts.
Yes! Creating a Grab account is free. Download the Grab app and register for an account before linking it with Chope.

Your accounts must be successfully linked by 23:59 Singapore time on 30 November 2026 for your Chope-Dollars to be converted.
Yes. You can continue using your Chope-Dollars to redeem available rewards from the existing catalogue through the Chope app until 23:59 Singapore time on 30 November 2026.

Rewards are subject to availability. Any voucher redeemed before the deadline will remain usable after 30 November according to the validity period and terms shown on that voucher.
If you made a reservation before 15 September 2026 for a dining date on or after 15 October 2026, we automatically credited the applicable Chope-Dollars to your account on 15 October 2026.

These Chope-Dollars form part of your existing balance. You can either convert them into GrabCoins by linking your accounts or use them to redeem rewards from the Chope-Dollars catalogue before the deadline.
No. Chope-Dollars are no longer issued for bookings attended from 15 October 2026 onwards.

You can continue earning GrabCoins on eligible restaurant bookings made through Grab Dine Out. Remember to make your booking through the Grab app, as bookings made on Chope will not earn GrabCoins.

Yes. You can continue discovering restaurants and making reservations through Chope. The expiry of Chope-Dollars does not affect your ability to make a reservation.
