About PS. Cafe Singapore
PS. Cafe is a Mediterranean-style cafe and bistro that first opened its doors in 1999 at Ann Siang House. PS. Cafe has grown to become an integral part of the Singapore dining landscape, with several outlets across the island offering brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. It is known for its eclectic menu featuring a range of modern European dishes influenced by Italian, French and Spanish flavours. The menu is different in every PS Cafe location. PS. Cafe was founded by Peter Teo, Philip Chin and Richard Chamberlain who were running the fashion label Project Shop before moving on to F&B management. In a bid to offer visitors a respite from shopping, they decided to create a 40-seater cafe tucked away at the back of their Paragon boutique.
PS. Cafe Menu
The brunch menu at PS. Cafe begins with a generous selection of pasta from pesto penne, Aglio olio, chicken rossa penne, spaghettini carbonara to spaghettini bolognese. An assortment of fruit juices and smoothies are also available. They also have various options for main menus like classic or salmon benedict, big breakfast, crispy roast chicken, BBQ Ribs and fish & chips. The interesting part is you will find different menus in every location. So visiting just one outlet is not enough.

While PS. Cafe has grown over the years, it still sticks true to the same casual yet sophisticated vibe it started with. Even though PS. Cafe now boasts several outlets, you'll still feel that same friendly ease when you go to any of their branches. The owner and staff have taken on a more professional demeanour, but they're just as friendly as ever!
