    I would like to commend Andi for a service that truly exceeded my expectations. Despite the heavy flow of customers and orders, his impeccable attitude and attentiveness really made my day. Initially, our purpose of visit was high tea. Unfortunately, it was fully booked. Upon reaching at 1.50pm, there were 3 customer service staff at the receiving counter. One of them were Andi. I asked the one of the lady whom I will not name anymore if its possible to still avail the high tea and she immediately said "NO" and declined without saying "Sorry", its fully booked. She just said outright "NO" its fully booked and it is pre-prepared. Andi, however came to the picture and said let me check the kitchen if we can accomodate you for high tea. Upon seating us, I tested the lady again and asked if I can still order the menu lunch which is 12 to 2 pm. I know its no longer available, I just wanted to know how she will respond. Sadly, she answered again with "NO" this is 12 to 2pm only......

    I enjoyed the small plates like burrata more. The barramundi (main) was good with the gravy. I had the iberico pork chop which I find it too thick and lean for my liking. Could put in better effort in the mocktail presentation. For the ice cream, I expected a bigger scoop for the price, instead of paying for the dry ice effect.

    Food was excellent however the portions were tiny and eye wateringly expensive. The service was poor - forgotten soy sauce for the sashimi and I had to pour my own wine. Not what I would expect when spending >$500
