Taking cues from the storied history of its location, Boat Quay, the new concept also traces the diversity and tales of the heritage recipes to lead diners on a journey of (re)discovery, unconstrained by culture. Enjoy an authentic communal dining experience in an iconic heritage building.

    The energetic and passionate team of regional chefs, with their collective culinary experiences and expertise, drive the culinary direction of the restaurant with their interpretation of elevated comfort food prepared with ingenuity, finesse, and quality ingredients. 
Diners can look forward to having their palates piqued by a kaleidoscope of fresh and familiar flavors hailing from the rich culinary heritage of regional cuisine. The chefs adopt traditional methods of wood fire cooking, aging, and fermentation with their own unique interpretations of regional cuisine
