    Origin Grill is inspired by the origin of flavours, travel adventures and Singapore's illustrious history of bountiful trade, colonial charm and tropical splendour.

    The restaurant showcases fresh, authentic flavours from curated, unique and quality-driven ingredients, while advocating responsible and sustainable sourcing. Begin the gastronomical journey with appetisers such as the Tuna and Tomato Tartare and Hudson Valley Duck Terrine. Cruising along with a harvest of seafood is the flavourful Hokkaido Scallop and Wild-Caught Pink Snapper. A worthy nod to the restaurant's notable bespoke beef repertoire is the distinctive snow-aged full-blood Craft Wagyu from Niigata, Japan, the delicately marbled cut takes on a melt-in-the mouth texture with a rich and buttery mouthfeel.     "Origin Grill offers selected exclusive wagyu options: the 500-day Japanese diet-fed Shiro Wagyu, Marble 9; and snow-aged full blood wagyu beef A4 from Niigata, Japan. For the latter wagyu, its ageing process requires a consistent internal temperature between zero and five deg C - in a state called seichi - which causes the meat to keep more than 90 per cent humidity, thus retaining its freshness." -The Straits Times
