    The seafood buffet was wonderful. From the Japanese oysters to the roast beef, even their salads were delicious. Would recommend to come for the 1 for 1.

Indulge in the freshest seafood delights, including oysters, crab legs, black mussels, and poached prawns. Appetisers also include refreshing Melon & Prawn Salad with Goma Dressing, Spicy Seafood Salad, and Spicy Jelly Strips Fish Salad.

    Café Mosaic, under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Lee Hwee Yaw, offers delectable local delights alongside seafood fare. Guests can savour a variety of mains such as fried fish with Mala Sauce, Salted Egg Crayfish, Singapore Chili Crayfish, Wok-fried Prawn with Capsicum and Leeks, Scallops with Soya and garlic Flakes, and more.

    Beyond seafood, diners can delight in a diverse selection of meat dishes, including Herbal Chicken, Marmite Pork Ribs, Grilled Pork Skewers, and Wok-fried Teriyaki Pork Belly. The carving station features fork-tender Slow-roasted Pepper-Crusted Beef and flavorful Oven-roasted Leg of Lamb. For those craving local favourites, Café Mosaic offers Rojak, Singapore Nonya Laksa, and Mee Siam at the noodle live station.

    Diners can save more and indulge in some quality lunch with Café Mosaic new set lunch offerings. With the proximity within the civic district, the restaurant is the perfect place for corporate lunches, gatherings and intimate meals. Simply order any main on the a la carte menu, top-up $5++ and choose either an appetiser or a dessert to make it a 2-course set. For diners who wish to have both the appetizer and dessert, they are only require to top-up $10++. Diners can look forward to a good mix of western and local mains.
