    For main dishes, try the Sichuan Fish Soup with Pickled Vegetables. The perfect dish to serve with a steaming bowl of rice, this flakey, fresh fish is packed with a little spice. You should try the Prawn Paste Chicken - it is flavourful, juicy, crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside. It is highly addictive and great for sharing.
