For a seamless reservation experience please note the following:

Any refunds of deposit (for e.g. cancellations made before the minimum notice period) will be net of transaction costs of $4.75 for a Deluxe Room.

Our VIP Suites have a recommended capacity of 25-30 pax and our Premium Suite has a recommended capacity of up to 50 pax.

Deluxe Room Rental (recommended capacity of up to 15 pax).
• Mon-Wed: $80 / hour.
• Thu, Fri-Sat & Eve of PH: $125 / hour.

Our Deluxe Rooms are available for rental at hourly rates for a minimum of 3 hour blocks.

A one-off Karaoke on Demand fee of $10 per person will be applied in addition to the rental charges above.

• Deposit amount of $125 to be offset from your final bill during your session

• The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows, date amendments or cancellations within *72 hours* from the time of the booking slot.

• Amendment of time of booking (but not the date) will be subject to availability.

• Karaoke Fees are charged in addition to, and separate from, the Rental Rate.

• Bookings will be held for 15 minutes from the time of the booking slot after which we will release the room to waitlisted guests. Hourly rental charges will start to accrue from the time of the booking slot.

• All prices quoted exclude the prevailing Goods and Services Tax and Service Charge of 10%.

• ZIGGY’S is a strictly non-smoking karaoke. Kindly note that a cleaning fee of SGD 500 for guest rooms and SGD 1,000 for suites will be charged if smoking is detected. We thank you for your understanding. I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
