  Bad service

  Made a reservation to celebrate my mum in law birthday. Experienced a bad service as told by my wife.

  Food quality drop

  Before covid, the food was tasty. I decided to visit again as I missed the food. This time, quality totally dropped. My friends ordered fried eggs to add to their food, but they overlooked, this is fine because we understand that the situation is chaos. Beef hor fun was very salty. Ordered the platter, the powder thats sprinkled on top of food is salty. The fish cake that look like onion ring was salty and not tasty. The tempura prawn is weird and not tasty, because it is a combination of prawn and fish cake, the taste is disappointing and ridiculous. I ordered orange juice, the sugar was too much, it killed the original taste of orange, instead taste like orange cordinal syrup. I returned the juice, to ask for new one with no sugar, instead it came back to me and the waiteress told me too add plain water into the orange juice myself!!!!!!! I have never encounter such service before. Have your staffs tasted such drink before? Do you think its proper to ask the customer to add plain water into the drink? Even so, have you tasted it yourself - sweet orange with added water?

  Discount cash voucher

  I bought a discount cash voucher of $100 for $90, but unfortunately it cannot be used at this outlet ..

  Good Food, Slow Service

  Food were tasty. Waiting time was horrid.
  While we had our Nasi Goreng Tom Yum & Nasi Daging Merah, we still had to wait close to an hr for my son's Mee Soup & Sambal Stingray. Mind you, we deliberately ate super slow because we were waiting for the stingray and the kiddo's food.
  Asked the staffs abt the delay of the food and no updates given. Upon food arrival, no service recovery (apology for food delay which was absurd). Do note that there is a **SURCHARGE** on CNY eve.

  All the food very nice

  I like the place very much,hope to come again, and taste the food overall I Love the countnut, ice_ cream.
