Housing a Modern-European restaurant, bar and wine retail store under one roof, Winestone serves affordable wines and authentic Modern-European plates inspired by the gastronomic wonders all over Europe. The name is derived from two elements: the expansive and carefully curated selection of quality wines, as well as, the signature hearty dishes served on stone boards. With a concept revolving around the keywords: simple, attractive, authentic and affordable, one can expect quality wines starting at just $8 a glass and $38 a bottle, including take-home options that can be bought directly from the retail store at the corner of the restaurant.

While you are there, be sure to dig into signatures like the Mixed Platter that serves some of the finest cold cuts, cheese, olives and bread at just $32. Other signatures includes the decadent Rigatoni Prawn, which promises to leave the delightful tangy flavours of a rich sauce accompanied by al dente pasta and crunch fresh prawns. A vegetarian alternative of this dish is also available upon request. The Pan-Seared Cod Fish is another new favourite, presenting a golden-brown gleaming cod surrounded by a bed of sautéed spinach soaked in a light fish velouté with fresh clam juice and finished with a generous squeeze of lemon, erupting the senses with a myriad of flavours.

Opens daily, except Mondays, from 12pm until 3pm and 5pm until 10pm. Winestone is a sophisticated and chic space that is perfect for a romantic night out, or a gathering with a group of friends over a drink or two. (Nov 2020)
