    We are a family of 4 having dinner here tonight. We found the food to be delicious and service was prompt and courteous. I will return for more to try out other items on the menu.

    Wildfire Burgers is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new flagship outlet at the vibrant courtyard of Robertson Walk.

    Founded by long time food and beverage impresario Michel Lu in 2015, Wildfire Burgers has successfully launched and grown licensed and franchised outlets both locally and internationally, even during the pandemic years.

    As we approach our 9th anniversary, and to celebrate this milestone, all existing franchised outlets have been closed to introduce a completely revamped Wildfire Burgers experience at only one, our new flagship location.

    A New Chapter in a Decade of Flavour and Quality

    The menu has undergone a complete overhaul, featuring exclusively the multi-award-winning Stone Axe Wagyu patties for all beef burgers and White Pyrenees grain-fed lamb patties, freshly sourced from our neighbourhood butcher, Butcher Box. Additionally, all brioche buns will now be handcrafted by the artisans at Bakery Brera.

    Our patties and ingredients have always been charcoal-grilled over ultra-high heat in the INKA double-ventilated charcoal grill oven. However, we are excited to announce the upgraded combination of gourmet binchotan and applewood to further enhance the smoky flavours of our burgers. (Jan 2024)
