Food was quite delicious, beef stroganoff tagliatelle was tender and well seasoned, sauce was nice. Singapore crab meat tagliatelle and prawn jar bee hiam Linguine were quite unusual local twists to pasta. Best of all the pasta was at 50% off on Wednesdays. However the small print is that you have to order an alcoholic drink to get the 50% pasta. 1 drink order to get one pasta at 50% off. Service not too attentive but friendly enough despite the place not being too crowded. Cocktails utilise locally distilled gins, 15 bucks each.

Their Chinchalok Steak is grilled to perfection and served with a spicy, tangy sauce with a side of pickles and mashed potatoes, making this a hearty meal that’s deliciously satiating.

For a dish that has a unique take on local flavours, try the Dry Bak Kut Teh. The pork ribs are seared in a homemade bak kut teh gravy and served on a bed of rice. It’s savoury, delicious and full of peppery goodness. For something meat-free, go for their Meatless Burger that’s served with cheese and guacamole on fluffy buns. For a boozy experience, go for a cool pint of Singapore Lager to pair.

Looking for a taste of the ocean? Go for their Laksa Salmon - seared salmon with laksa gravy served with a side of mashed potatoes and greens. At Vibe Bistro, you can choose from a wide selection of alcohol to match your dish, and the Assam Delight is the perfect cocktail to pair with the Laksa Salmon with its citrussy flavours. The Pearsion and Gingertini are two other must-try cocktails.
