    Food was fantastic, and selection was quite extensive. Service was also very good. But music from pub below was a bit too loud with the bass permeating into the floor and into our seats. Otherwise, it would have been a great experience.

    Description

    UNA, previously at One Rochester, will be reopening its doors in May 2019. Now housed at Level 2 of The Alkaff Mansion, the modern and romantic restaurant has returned with its past signature items (i.e suckling pig, selection of Paellas, Spanish grills, etc) and is now moving towards a renewed emphasis on Basque Cuisine.  Through a strategic partnership with Basque Culinary Institute,  UNA will partner producers and culinary associations from the Basque region to bring the best of Basque Cuisine and culture to Singapore.
