    Portion shrank, soup was oily and overly salty. Noodles used had alkaline taste. Previous visits were good but seems like quality went downhill, and restaurant is cutting costs. Waiting time close to 1h for food to be served

    We had the Truffle Wagyu Dry Ramen & Lobster Ramen. Both were just salty which makes one very satiated before finishing the meal. There were complimentary eggs & salads which none of the staff briefed us on. Atmosphere was nice because there weren't much people. Some cups placed on the table seemed to be oily - there was a layer of oil-like substance floating on top of the water.
