The progressive flavours and heritage of Singapore is best experienced at The Quarters. Home to the Salted Egg and Chilli Crab sauce experience; their Shiok Fries epitomises this flavour bomb. Their handmade sauces, rempahs, sambals and even ice cream results in a gastronomic treat within a cosy setting.

Their standout main is their Wagyu Buah Keluak Pasta. Expertly seared, the beef marries perfectly with a chocolatey Buah Kelauk sauce. This harmonious elevation of traditional straits cuisine with a refreshing touch of culinary genius is well executed throughout their well balanced menu. Leave space for dessert as their signature Durian Can Boleh (Durian Crème Brulee) is a good way to end your meal on a sweet note.

They are great for overseas guests as well as locals who are looking for Modern Singapore cuisine done right! They offer special omakase menus for small groups and is best to be booked at least 1 week in advance. (Apr 2019)
