    Didnt enjoy the chicken rice as the chicken meat were hard and not sweet. Rice abit hard too and does not have the aroma. Some of the chicken meat were brownish in color which we didnt eat. Good that the staff should ask if we are Shangri La circle member but didnt - a letdown in this aspect cos have to email the receipt to earn points. Likewise when we went to purchase christmas cookies, the staff did not ask if we are Shangri La circle member
