Even if we are unable to travel around the world at this time, The Line has ensured that the flavours of the world travel directly to your tableside – no passport required! Chose to savour from over 88 delectable choices in their made-to-order menus served tableside - from fresh seafood on ice, sushi selections, authentic Thai salads, freshly-baked naans from the tandoor oven, homemade curries, through to dainty and delicious desserts.
Designed by internationally acclaimed interior designer, Adam D Tihany, and spanning 1,350 square metres, The Line features indoor and al fresco dining options. The latter offers views of the hotel's lush gardens and free-form swimming pool.

Oishii Japanese A La Carte Buffet every Tuesday Dinner
An enticing parade of traditional and contemporary dishes celebrates the flavours of Japan in Oishii Japanese night. Satiate cravings for Japanese fare with the refreshing Tofu Salad with Japanese Sesame Dressing, Tempura Prawn, as well as thick and creamy Corn Potage, a Western-style soup that is much loved by the nation. Another quintessential must-try is the Sashimi Selections.
Other Japanese favourites include the ever-popular Takoyaki and freshly grilled Yakitori. Indulge in juicy morsels of Karaage and generous slices of melt in the mouth Chashu, as well as Ramen with somen noodles, pork chashu and nitamago.
Guests will be enamoured by Japanese-inspired confections such as the Matcha Crème Brûlée, Assorted Japanese Mochi, as well as fluffy Japanese Cotton Cheesecake complemented with tangy Berries Compote.

Butcher’s Table A La Carte Buffet every Wednesday Dinner
Designed for the carnivorous epicure in us all, savour an extensive selection of mixed grills including Veal Sausages, Lamb Leg, Sirloin and Rib-eye Steaks, guaranteed to get mouths watering. Not to be missed is the perfectly cooked Australian Angus Beef Rib Eye – butter-soft and bursting with flavour from a delightful Black Truffle Sauce. Look forward to other flavours such as Lebanese grilled meats including Beef Kebab Ourfali or for familiar taste closer to home, dig into a Biryani with Roasted Turkey, Salted Egg Fried Chicken or Double Boiled Ginseng Chicken Soup to warm hearts and bellies.
