    Tempura Ensei welcomes all as a temple dedicated to preserving the craftsmanship of the classic culinary art of tempura, served through a menu that changes seasonally to highlight the finest ingredients of the season.

    By the network and know-how of Executive Chef Naruki Takeshima, Tempura Ensei sources primarily from Tokyo, Chef Naruki’ hometown of Fukuoka, and other regions across Japan to bring the finest produce. All ingredients are flown in three times a week to ensure optimum freshness and a changing plethora of variety. Bite into tempura that is renowned for its light, crisp texture, achieved through a well-developed recipe, skillful technique, and premium Goma Abura sesame oil.

    Borrowing its name from the Japanese term that means ‘building great bonds’, Tempura Ensei seeks to bring people together through every morsel of its golden tempura, reflecting its philosophy of fostering great relationships between the chef and diners. (May 2025)
