    We visited as a family of 11 and were seated at a table near the side of the restaurant, close to the trees. During our meal, we encountered three hairy caterpillars that fell from above into our seating area. One even landed on my 4-year-old daughter’s dress, causing her to panic and become extremely distressed. Naturally, the rest of our family was alarmed, and it made the entire dining experience very uncomfortable. While we thoroughly enjoyed the food and appreciated the quality of the meal, this incident significantly affected our overall experience. I did inform one of your waitstaff about what had happened. Unfortunately, no alternative table was offered, despite our discomfort. We remained at the same table for the rest of the meal, feeling uneasy as we were concerned that more caterpillars might fall. I would like to understand whether the restaurant I would like to understand whether the restaurant is aware of this issue. Have there been similar feedback from other guests?

    Staff are approachable and welcoming. Food quality/ taste same as previous visit. Appreciate restaurant accomadates/ wheelchair friendly.
