    My wife and I have been dining at Tajimaya Yakiniku Restaurant in Great World City once or twice a year since 2023, as we truly enjoy the buffet experience, especially grilling the beef over charcoal. Today, I would like to commend one of your staff members, Sean, for his outstanding service. When we were unsure how to grill the scallops today, Sean took the initiative to guide us patiently. He also ensured that the charcoal was replenished promptly and was consistently attentive in serving tea. His professionalism, attentiveness, and courteous manner stood out, as it is rare to encounter staff who demonstrate such dedication and genuine care for customers. We greatly appreciate the ambience of the restaurant, and the food is always fresh and delicious. While the pricing is on the higher side, we consider Tajimaya a special place to celebrate meaningful occasions. Sean’s excellent service has further enhanced our dining experience, and we would like to sincerely commend his good work!
