    We had the Executive Set lunch, augmented with some Ala Carte dishes to share. The presentation of the dishes were good but we were underwhelmed by the taste of the food. There was no introduction to the dishes served until asked. The wine list was non existent.

Reflecting the hotel’s thoughtful approach to service a ritualistic table-side trolley service will complete your dining experience.

    Tablescape will reinterpret classic European flavour profiles with a menu delivering a refined selection of dishes, from starters, main courses of premium meats and fish grilled to perfection on a Josper Charcoal Oven to inspired desserts; while the bar celebrates the best of European classic cocktails infused with Asian nuances in the form of bespoke cocktails by the glass, communal cocktail punchbowls and barrel aged cocktails brewed at the bar, complemented by an extensive selection of craft beers and premium wines.
