    Everything is perfect when dining at Sushi Ichinoji. Their sashimi were so fresh and the other dishes were prepared in unique taste as compared to other sushi outlets. Not to mention, I like where the staff serve my friend’s bday cake (I requested staff to refrigerate in advanced) with the extra yuzu sorbet and candle (which I did not prepare that). Overall, thanks for the great food and service!

    Fish is fresh, saba was a tad salty but moist which is great! Other than the 2 sets we order a helping of mixed tempura - ebi was solid but vegetable was not as fresh as expected.
