    Brunch trolley is always exciting as not sure what the dishes will be featured at each season. Somehow better at the savouries but desserts are lacking. This round’s dessert of chocolate red wine cake was a winner, but the plum tart -not so. The almond filling was too sweet and too dense. Overall, good service and atmosphere!

    Service, ambience, and food at Summerhill are fantastic! We went for the brunch trolley today and enjoyed a wonderful variety of hearty French home-cooked dishes (vibes). The snow cone cups at the end were a delightful and fun surprise, definitely a memorable experience.

    Description

    Summer Hill first made its mark on the local dining scene with its cozy spot in Clementi, known for its elusive single indoor table that was dubbed "one of the most hard-to-get seats in town". Since then, it's found a new home at Claymore Connect on Orchard Road, and can dish out French classics for up to 60 diners in their inviting dining room.

    Chef Anthony Yeoh continues to enchant diners with his exceptional execution of said classics, featuring hearty and comforting flavours that have become synonymous with Summer Hill. The revamped menu showcases beloved dishes alongside exciting new additions that aim to satisfy. Delight in the succulent Fried Bangalow Pork Chops accompanied by violette mustard, relish in the exquisite Sole Meunière bathed in brown butter, or indulge in the flavourful Wagyu Bavette Steak au Poivre served with a luscious creamy green peppercorn sauce.

    Enhancing the main courses, a selection of tantalizing sides has been introduced, including the irresistible Duck Fat-Fried Potato Pavés served with a delectable aioli.

    While old favorites like the Classic Roast Chicken with its housemade demi-glace, Brussels Sprouts Amandine, and the classic Mussels Normandy cooked with live Bouchot mussels in white wine and cream continue to grace the menu, the refreshed offerings promise to elevate the dining experience at Summer Hill to an entirely new level.
