I recently dined at and while the food was fantastic, the overall experience left much to be desired. The sukiyaki was delicious with rich flavors and fresh ingredients—truly some of the best I’ve had. However, the dining atmosphere was significantly affected by a group of loud Japanese customers who were drinking heavily. Their noise made it difficult to enjoy our meal or have a conversation. Despite the disturbance, the restaurant staff did nothing to address the situation, seemingly prioritizing the customers who were spending more on drinks. While the food is excellent, the lack of proper management of the dining environment was disappointing. If the staff had handled the situation better, it would have greatly improved our experience.
