    The staff kept calling me repeatedly, even though I was busy at that moment and unable to answer. When I finally arrived at the restaurant, the staff lectured me, insisting that I must answer their calls even though I had no idea the number belonged to them. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, she continued to insist that I should have picked up.

    The dining concept and charging structure were not clearly explained from the beginning. In addition, while clearing the table after our meal, a staff member accidentally splashed soup onto my clothes. What disappointed me most was that no apology was offered until I reacted to the incident. There was also no attempt to provide any assistance, such as tissues or wet wipes, to help clean the stain. While I understand that not every restaurant provides wet wipes as a standard amenity, I believe that when a staff member causes inconvenience to a guest, a sincere apology and some form of assistance should be the minimum standard of service. Overall, the lack of communication and service recovery left me disappointed with the dining experience.
