    The cashier was slow, and the staff appeared to have difficulty communicating effectively. The food was mediocre. Additionally, a staff member stepped on a chair with their slipper while replenishing items in the fridge. Overall, I was disappointed and do not plan to visit again.

    Booked our gathering dinner at Steamov in the Chope app. But when we arrive, the lady boss says that the Chope booking is not valid because they are not link to Chope system. We were asked to take a queue number instead. Bad experience! We went to another restaurant nearby.

    When we went to the restaurant, they claimed that they just opened and were unable to retrieve our reservation. We were left stranded and have to look for another place for dinner.
