Reservations are still accepted in accordance with the latest COVID-19 measures. Restaurant reserve the right to turn away guests who fail to comply with prevailing dine-in regulations.
Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party size will not be accommodated.
Your reservation will be held for 15 mins, after which your table may be offered to customers on the waiting list.
Southbridge has an age policy of 21 years and above.
This is a rain or shine reservation. No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather.
Payment Method: We adopt a cashless payment policy. Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and Alipay are accepted as payment methods.
Southbridge requires a credit card guarantee (CCG) of $50 per diner for all reservations of 5 pax and above. This CCG is only an authorization hold, no charge will be made to your card.
No Show Policy: A table is deemed to have “no-showed” if you are more than 15 minutes late for the reservation and have made no contact with Southbridge. A no show fee of $50 per diner will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. We will send an email notification of any charge made.
Cancellation Policy: Kindly note that cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time for a 100% refund of the credit card authorisation hold amount.
