    tbh it's the appropriate level of food, service and atmosphere for that price - tho from a business perspective, to level up, perhaps choose one vertical to wow us?

    Arrived at around 2.15pm on Wed. Not many customers in the shop. Ordered via QR code so the waiters are not looking around to see if customers need any help. They also didn't clean the table and seats next to my table thoroughly before giving them to the next customers, there were still tissue papers left from the previous customers on the seats. And the next customers were unable to catch attention of any waiter. Disappointing service at MBS outlet.
