    Smoke & Barrel is built around open fire cooking over wood. Live fire, natural heat, and time shape every dish here. Smoke is the perfume of our open flames. Our cooking is fire led and restrained. We let ingredients respond to heat naturally, without masking them with heavy sauces or prolonged smoking.
