    Said there was a technical glitch in their system. The reservation system was not supposed to be active during public holiday. Turned us away despite our reservation, said that we had to wait 30minutes.

    Absolutely awful experience. Confirmed my reservation twice (including 2 hours before), showed up, and was turned away anyway. The staff were rude, and no one even bothered to apologize. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Would not return and would not recommend to anyone. In hindsight, given how unclean the place appeared, perhaps it was for the best.

    Unable to rate restaurant 0 stars. I would if I could. Booked a reservation but was flatly refused entry by attending staff. He said that the restaurant was full. Literally had an empty table in front of us at the entrance. All I was left with after this exchange was a hangry friend and a mad scramble for brunch plans. Boycott at all costs.
