    The staff are friendly and helpful, save for one chinese lady, and I found their food rather substantial for the price paid.

    Service was pretty mediocre and unfriendly, entered the cafe and wasn’t sure if we were supposed to find our own seats and even after looking lost we were still ignored Was shocked when we were still asked to give tips when the food was already of a certain price, and I was not going to tip cafe staff that would not even say hi or acknowledge us Food was also mediocre but matcha was good

    Service staff is welcoming and polite Dishes ordered - beef stew, not to my liking as it’s a little too pepper imo and meat are tough :/ OkonamiRosti 9/10! It’s surprisingly amazing crispy on the outside soft and has texture on the inside. One point off due to imo too much sauce a little salty But overall great will visit again to try the taro drink, bites & brunch menu
