Shabestan, a renowned Persian fine dining restaurant, has been celebrating Nowruz, the Persian New Year, for several years. Marking the arrival of spring, Nowruz symbolizes renewal, joy, and prosperity and is deeply rooted in Persian heritage. To honor this occasion, Shabestan transforms into a festive haven with traditional Haft-Seen displays, featuring seven symbolic items that represent life, health, and abundance—such as sabzeh (sprouted wheat for rebirth), senjed (dried oleaster fruit for love), and seer (garlic for protection).
This year, Nowruz celebrations commence from 19th to 23rd March. Guests can indulge in a specially curated Nowruz menu, featuring authentic festive delicacies such as Kokoo Sabzi and sweet treats like Kunafe.
