    There were quite a lot of variety however the food were not really up to par. Sashimi and chilled prawns were fresh but many of the dishes were just normal. Live pasta station’s aglio olio was tasteless. The rest of the dishes were normal tasting, nothing much to shout about.

    I’ve been a loyal customer to Seasonal Taste for 5 years and this place never disappoints. We celebrated my friend’s birthday there last night and had a wonderful experience. The buffet offered a great variety—from fresh cold seafood to piping hot Singapore laksa—and the crème brûlée was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. The ambience was lovely with a nice window view. They kindly prepared a small birthday cake with a lighted candle upon request—thank you for the thoughtful arrangement. Service was excellent, with plates cleared quickly and efficiently. The chef and server at the laksa station, along with the captain/manager in the black blazer, were warm and welcoming. It’s this kind of attentive service that keeps me coming back for both the delicious food and the friendly people. We were even lucky enough to catch the live fireworks!
