    Its kind of weird to have such establishment in these area i.e lack of public parking,but still its pleasantly not bad a place....well done ...my first time experience..WILL VISIT IT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE THANK YOU ...SALAI

    Description

    Founded in 2021, SALAI (formerly Salai by MeatDrop) made its name as ‘meat specialist’ in the local food scene by introducing the now best-selling SALAI Signature Platter- a hearty combination of wagyu steak, tender lamb ribs, sous vide half-chicken and breaded fish fillets.

    Previously tucked away in a hawker centre in Commonwealth, the location and restricted stall space limited SALAI of its full capabilities. Fast forward three years and thanks to the support of its loyal customers, SALAI now calls 5 Dunlop Street its home, becoming a fully-fledged restaurant.

    With a bigger and more capable space, SALAI now offers its customers an expanded menu with Starters like steak tartare, pastrami duck carpaccio which combines beautifully with Mains like seared Australian wagyu and the SALAI Signature lamb ribs.
