    Was very disappointed at the fact that my chope reservation did not reflect on their side and hence table was not reserved for us. We arrived slightly 15mins past 5pm, only a few of the 4 seater tables were occupied. Large tables were apparently reserved for a larger group that will only arrive at 6:30pm. 5 adults had to squeeze into a 4 seater table and staff did not even prepare the plate and cutlery for the 5th person. Upon my attempt to place orders, I was informed not to order the chicken menu as the chicken was just only supplied and were still frozen. Ended up we only ordered two sets of the twin tenderloin/loin set along with an ika side dish. The food was great tough. Payment was made @ 18:32H, however the large tables were left untouched which we could actually be arranged to have a comfortable sitting for our dining experience. Hence, we were very disappointed with the service provided this visit. Overall, the staffs were very passive aggressive and not proactive.
