    Founded by two passionate Singaporean sommeliers, Alvin Gho and Ian Lim, who collaborate with honest and humble winemakers, RVLT is a dynamic gastrobar that has captivated a devoted following since its launch seven years ago. The founders believe in pairing exceptional food with great wine, ensuring that each visit offers something new and exciting, and it shows.

    The interior, with its grungy decor and playful prints by Italian artist Gianluca Canizzo, sets the perfect backdrop for a menu full of personality and style. While RVLT prides itself on novelty, it also keeps beloved classics on the menu, such as homemade sourdough served with seaweed butter and Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, and homemade chicken nuggets made with real chicken meat and soft bones for that extra crunch, accompanied by house-fermented sriracha.

    While their extensive wine collection reads like an oenophile's dream, for those who may find it overwhelming, both Alvin and Ian are more than happy to provide personalized recommendations based on budget and preferences.
