Valentine's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve: Kindly note that any reservation made on such dates is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

For groups of 5 pax and above, reservations are full and final after which no changes are allowed. Cancellations or rescheduling of said bookings will lead to the forfeiture of the deposit amount.

For groups of 4 pax and above, the minimum guaranteed attendance cannot be less than 80% of the initial numbers booked. In the event there is a shortfall in attendees, we reserve the right to charge the deposit for the missing covers.

For reservations of 4 and below, cancellations or rescheduling must be done more than 72 hours prior to the date (not the time) of the reservation to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

For no shows or cancellations/rescheduling that fall within 24 hours prior to the date of the reservation, the full menu price will be charged as a cancellation fee. For last minute cancellations and rescheduling between 24 to 72 hours prior to the date of the reservation, a fixed cancellation fee of S$150.00 per person (lunch) and S$200.00 per person (Dinner) will apply.

The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking, and lost revenue from the empty table.

We welcome children aged 8 years and above who are dining on the full menu, as we do not have a kids' menu.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.

Please kindly note that we are not able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and celiac dietaries, as well as any allergies to dairy, gluten, mushroom, allium, soy products, egg, and coconut. Due to our nature as a seafood centric restaurant, whilst we are able to accommodate no shellfish dietaries, we are unable to cater for non seafood dietaries in its entirety.

We do not allow consumption of food from external sources including cakes within the restaurant.

Dietary Requirement Policy

Our service to you is based on and subject to the conditions of this policy set out herein. We take each diner’s dietary requirements and restrictions very strictly and will adhere to requests made in the following manner. All reservations are received and accepted on condition that every diner is aware of and has consented to this policy, and shall be deemed to have consented when the reservation is confirmed.

1. Advance Notification Required
Each person making the reservation and/or diner will be requested to indicate if there are any dietary requirements or restrictions at the point of making the reservation. Please inform us fully of the requirements or restrictions at the time of reservation and again at the time of confirmation of reservation.

2. Advance Changes Required
Any changes to the dietary requirements or restrictions must be made more than 24 hours of the confirmed dining date, either by way of a call to us, which we will acknowledge in writing or in a call back, or, in the same booking platform as the reservation. No requests or changes shall be entertained within 24 hours of the confirmed dining date.

3. Deposit Forfeiture and/or Right to Refuse Seating or Service
(a) Should there be a failure, neglect or refusal to notify us in the above manner of any dietary requirements or restrictions, or should any diner turn up without notifying us of such or the change in such ("non-compliant diner"), we shall have the right to refuse the seating for the non-compliant diner, and forfeit the deposit paid of the non-compliant diner, such forfeiture to be in consideration of the above and for costs incurred in preparation of ingredients.

(b) Should any non-compliant diner whose deposit has been forfeited wish to accompany other dining companions, such individual may be seated but without service. This means that should we withhold service, the diner may be allowed to sit with the fellow paying diners for the duration of their meal but we are not obliged or required to serve any food to the non compliant diner.
