As part of Rang Mahal's continued efforts to espouse healthy eating and focus on our guests’ well-being, the award-winning restaurant is introducing a selection of rotating Chef Specials to supplement the healthy dishes in our current repertoire. Dishes include the Patrani Tofu, Patrani Golden Pomfret, Miso Masala Cod Fish, Palak Choley Tikki made with spinach and beetroot as well as the South Indian Grilled Seabass. Prepared  with  ingredients  such  as  masala,  ginger  and  turmeric  that  boast  tremendous  health  benefits,  these  limited-edition  dishes  are  available  from 1 April to 31 May, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
