    Hotpot has become one of the mainstays of Singaporean cuisine, but there are some things that our palates have yet to experience. Qi Lai Feng aims to enhance the hotpot dining experience with the unique “muscle fish”. A type of fish that is grown under strict conditions with a specific diet, its taste is similar to pork belly — firm, chewy, and delectable. Available exclusively at Qi Lai Feng, they’ve centred their menu and dishes around it with dry pots, soup pots, and side dishes.

    The Mala Fish Pot is a great option for diners looking for a kick. Made with fish, Sichuan peppercorns, and chilli, this fiery dish has the searing flavours Singaporeans have come to love, made richer by the addition of silky fish. Top it with noodles and meat to soak up the broth for the perfect meal. For something a little milder, try the Tomato Fish Pot. Sweeter and tangier than Mala, the tomato in this soup gives the dish a rich and subtle flavour that goes well with rice. Try the Collagen Q Fish Ribs soup.
