    Yummylicious food and excellent service from service staff (Ailyn) very kind & friendly, helpful and always check on us if we are all good with the food or if we needed any assistance. Well done Ailyn, we will definitely come back.

    We are most impressed with the service staff at the outdoor areas. Despite being crowded on a Friday, the lady serving staff who took our order would come by to check with us if our orders have been delivered and would go check with kitchen when she found out that a dish had not been served. After that, she came by again to double check that the dish had been served. Then another serving staff would go around the tables outdoors to make sure that our water was constantly refilled. All these added up to a very pleasant dinner. So thank you.

    Rude service. Although drinks and meals were ordered together, we didn't receive our drinks until we received our third dish. The paella which they forgot to order came out +30 minutes late and was burnt, black rice coated the serving dish. When we highlighted that the staff were ignoring our table, we were told that's our fault and we should be raising our hands in the air? This was amusing as the table that came after us received 6 dishes and 3 bottles of wine with no hand raising. Our rude waiter who rolled his eyes when we tried to engage him asked us for a tip. In 7 years of visiting Singapore, it's the worst experience I've ever had.
