    While the food was authentic Italian and tasty, and the service good, the ambiance was a total disappointment. Prego used to be one of the fav dating places for my hubby and me, so I decided to bring my family here to celebrate my daughter's 21st bday last Sat, 24 Jan. Perhaps due to the weekend crowd, the entire restaurant was too noisy, with loud chatters everywhere, stark contrast from the classy Prego we used to frequent. And most unfortunately, we sat at the same area as a group of rambunctious youths whose chatters were so loud that my family could not have proper conversations throughout our meal.

    Prego has always been a family restaurant to my family. Almost grew up with it. Food has always been amazing just sad that they made some adjustments to the food. Removing some of my favorites from the menu. Service has always been great however today service was slightly lacking. But would still be there for the food

    Food: Polpo e Fagioli | Gigli al Pesto Toscano | Linguine Astice e Burrata | Ravioli di Granchio allo Zafferano | Strawberry Planet | Chocolate Texture

    The menu showcases the rich culinary traditions of Tuscany, with seafood influences from the south and hearty meats inspired by the north. Among the highlights is a Polpo e Fagioli, where charred Fremantle octopus is reimagined with a Tuscan twist, served with braised cannellini beans ‘uccelletto’ style, a very traditional way of preparing creamy beans and served with marinated piquillo peppers. The Gigli al Pesto Toscano is a tribute to Chef Davide’s Pisan roots, featuring house-made flower-shaped pasta in Chef’s signature Tuscan kale pesto made with fresh Tuscan kale from the hotel’s aquaponics farm and then finished with cured vine cherry tomatoes.

    From the sea comes the Linguine Astice e Burrata featuring homemade linguine in a lobster broth, served with grilled Boston lobster, fresh burrata air-flown from Puglia and basil coulis while the Ravioli di Granchio allo Zafferano offers a crab-filled ravioli with prawn and zucchini in Sardinian saffron pistils cream sauce.

    The dessert selection stays true to Italian tradition while offering playful interpretations. For chocolate lovers, the Chocolate Texture pairs warm chocolate tart with cocoa nougatine and cocoa juice gelato. On the lighter side there’s the Strawberry Planet, a combination of meringue, compressed strawberries, and rice puff crunch.

    CONFIRMATION 
    Full payment is required for sidecar ride experiences 48 hours before the reservation.

    RESCHEDULING FEE
    No charge for rescheduling made at least 2 hours before the tour, for one time.
    Chargeable at $50++ per guest for rescheduling made less than 2 hours.
    We seek your understanding that there will be no waiver to the rescheduling fee.
    We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the case of heavy rain or road conditions. No charge for rescheduling.

    CANCELLATION FEE
    No charge for cancellations made 60 to 45 days prior to the event.
    50% fee for cancellations made 44 to 30 days before the event.
    80% fee for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the event.
    100% fee for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event or for no-shows.
    We seek your understanding that there will be no waiver to the cancellation fee.
    We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the case of heavy rain or road conditions. No charge for rescheduling.

    LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to fill in the Indemnity form, and placing a drink order.
    The sidecar Tour will require a $50++ per guest rescheduling fees.

    OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
    Pregnant women on the Third Trimester to seek Doctor’s advice.
    Guest must be at least 10 years old.
    Guest must not exceed a height of 195 cm or a weight of 110 kg.
    In case of drizzle, ponchos will be provided.
