    Unfortunately, my dining experience was disappointing. Most of the staff seemed new and unfamiliar with the menu, making the ordering process confusing. I was also concerned when a manager accidentally dropped a serving spoon into the curry and used his bare hand to flip it back up instead of replacing it. The corn salad with prawn was served with raw prawns. When we asked, we were told it was intentional, but based on my experience with similar dishes in Thailand, the prawns are usually fully cooked, so this was unexpected. Overall, the food has potential, but the lack of staff training, inconsistent service, and hygiene concerns made for a poor dining experience. I hope the restaurant improves its staff training and service standards.

    Welcome to Plu, a celebrated Thai restaurant renowned for its authentic flavors and diverse menu. We have proudly held the Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2018, a testament to our commitment to excellence. Our name, "Plu" pays homage to the Wild Betel Leaf and the historic Suan Plu Alley in Bangkok, where our story began.

    For our interior design, we drew inspiration from the beautiful, nearly 100-year-old colonial house that serves as our original branch in Bangkok. We've brought its warm, inviting atmosphere and vintage details—from the colors and patterns to the classic furniture—to our new branch in Singapore.

    We take immense pride in our cuisine, which offers a culinary journey through Thailand's diverse regions and includes rare Burmese dishes. As a recipient of the prestigious Thai Select award, we are dedicated to presenting a truly authentic Thai dining experience.
