Description
Established at CHIJMES in 2006, PNC began life as Cosafe Maid Café before evolving into a destination for a broader audience. Following its first rebrand in 2014, the restaurant continues its transformation today as Pemenco, a name inspired by the words "peaty", "meaty" and "company".

The new concept brings together contemporary dining, warm hospitality and a growing focus on whisky, marking an evolution from "grapes to peat." Alongside a refreshed identity in rich brown and orange hues, Pemenco features a newly curated menu by its resident chef and guest culinary personalities.
