    The staff seemed busier than usual - took a while for us to get their attention for service. But otherwise, service is pleasant and efficient, and food is consistent and delicious. I like the casual vibe, not too noisy, not too quiet. Overall, my favourite restaurant in town!

    Description

    Osteria Mozza Singapore is the only Asian outpost of one-MICHELIN-starred Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles. Presided over by celebrated TV personality and James Beard Award winning chef Nancy Silverton (Netflix, Chef’s Table), the restaurant celebrates the bold flavours of traditional Italian cuisine, with a specific focus on seasonality. The restaurant is known for its Wood-fired Pizzas, Hand-made Pastas, Burrata Dishes, tender Meats & Seafoods.

    Wood-fired pizza selections range from classics like the Margherita and Prosciutto to Mozza-only specials like Fennel Sausage and Yukon Gold Potato. All pizzas are made using Nancy's own dough recipe, hand-kneaded and fired to order. Similarly, pastas are hand-made daily. Mozza offers a wider and rarer range than most, from Garganelli and Orecchiette to Fonduta Ravioli drizzled with 25-year aged balsamic vinegar. Other star dishes include Nancy’s Caesar, a one-of-a-kind rendition of the Caesar salad, made with leeks and anchovy. Desserts are also far from an afterthought, with dazzling selections like Butterscotch Budino and Rocky Road Gelato Pie. The Rosemary Olive Oil Cake is a particular crowdfavourite, featuring house-made olive oil gelato and fried rosemary.
