    Description

    After not being able to open for almost 300 days due to Covid Restrictions in 2020 and holding of a bar license, Multi Award Winning Cocktail Bar Nutmeg & Clove has moved to a brand new location with a new Modern Singaporean (Mod-Sin) Cocktail & Cocktail Program with a Restaurant and Bar License.

    The design of the new venue is a totally different look & feel from before. Adapting a modern and brighter ambience, Nutmeg & Clove strives to give consumers a different drinking experience.

    Nutmeg & Clove’s new home will be in Purvis Street, a historical area in Singapore that used to house the early Chinese settlers back in the late 1800s and 1900s.

    Nutmeg & Clove will continue to conceptualize a cocktail program with the heavy influence of Singaporean and Asian flavours like they did since they opened in 2014. The new cocktail menu; Mythical Animal Stories is inspired by the 12 Chinese Zodiac which is celebrated especially in the Lunar New Year.

    With a full kitchen set up, Nutmeg & Clove has collaborated with Celebrity Chef Willin Low, founder of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant Wild Rocket, Relish, Roketto Izakaya & Roketto Niseko with him coming on board as Culinary Consultant. Expect Mod-Sin dishes like Curry Chicken Kueh Pie Tee & Braised Pork Belly Chee Cheong Fun which will be a perfect complement to the cocktails. (Mar 2021)

    Besides getting to enjoy selected cocktails during SOCIAL HOUR, guests will also be served complimentary Crispy Chicken Sandos (unlimited servings) till 6:30pm.

    Our famous Crispy Chicken Sandos which took more than a month to perfect is a fillet of juicy marinated chicken thigh deep fried to perfection with a secret batter recipe sandwich between traditional Hainanese toasted buns with Achar and Sambal Mayonnaise.

    Wash it down with a glass of Bubbles or with a Smokey Old Fashioned which is a marriage of Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Whisky, Islay Whisky, Okinawa Sugar, and Bitters.

    Tingkats & Tipples Weekend Brunch
    Served every weekend, the brunch sets are served in a combination of traditional Tingkats and Banana Leaf trays comprising of Modern Singaporean / Asian dishes.

    Named after our team members, there are 2 different sets Shelley's Tingkat & Pan's Tingkat with each brunch set good for 2 pax.

    Alongside brunch, Nutmeg & Clove has also launched a Tripples Buffet where you can enjoy unlimited servings of Selected Cocktails, Wines, Bubbles, Spirits, Beers & Non-Alcoholic Beverages.
