    Premium food and sashimi is really fresh. But I waited 45 min for the lunch to be served. It will be good if staff can informed me on the long waiting time if there is a big group before me. Thank you

    Wasn’t expecting the restaurant to be in the mid of the mall - music was on the loud side. Food was fine but portion can be slightly bigger for the price point.

    Description

    A Japanese restaurant serving classic and modern interpretations of traditional Kyoto kaiseki cuisine, Nozomi @ Millenia Walk aims to curate and execute a menu that provides quality meals to customers at affordable prices.

    Flown straight from Japan’s Toyosu Market twice a week, the restaurant’s seasonal sashimi is fresh from the ocean. Prepared in true “kaiseki ryori” fashion, the dishes are cooked using a myriad of different cooking methodologies. Available in Salmon and Ikura or Sakura Ebi, the Japanese Claypot Rice features fluffy white rice steamed in dashi stock with a hint of savoury sakura ebi and light soy seasoning blended together for a refined flavour. Pair with a side of Pork Kakuni, where braised pork belly is drizzled with the restaurant’s in-house concocted sauce. Other ala carte options include the Unagi Kabayaki, Oden, Nankotsu Karaage and Mentaiko Cheese Balls.

    Pocket-friendly bento sets are also available in a range of options. Served with salad and miso soup, Yoshi’s Signatures are also a must-try at this authentic Japanese restaurant. (Sep 2020)
