    Nara, a rustic 44-seater Japanese Restaurant opened for business 21 years ago as Nara Japanese Restaurant with just a simple dining concept – to offer the Japanese cuisine loving families and business communities great Japanese food, fair-value price points and personalized attentive service. At Nara, our customers can expect to always look forward to enjoying a very relaxing meal, as Nara is like a little Japanese hermitage in the city where for two to four hours; customers will feel like they have escaped from their busy bustling life.

    The Nara’s unique dining experience is simple – serving only fresh Japanese food every day, while ensuring each dish to be served to each table is personally prepared with passion and to accommodate our guests’ special dining requests whenever we can (which is pretty often). It is also not surprising that at Nara, one may be greeted by our very experienced Chefs who will also make it a point to chat on occasion with our customers and that is why our Chefs today even know most of our customers by name!

    Today, after serving for over 21 years now, many of Nara’s fans continue to return to Nara because of this uncommercial home-coming charm – where really tasty and deliciously authentic Japanese cuisine meets “epicurean quality” and served from the heart to each table every day! (May 2025)
