    The interior here will transport you back in time to the heyday of China’s first capital - think fine upholstery, traditional calligraphy on the walls, and delicious dishes cooked using time tested methods - there’s a reason why this is one of the must-visit restaurants of China.

    Dig into beloved dishes like Poached ‘Lion’s Head’ Meatball, large generous chunks of pork meatballs served with cabbage and vermicelli noodles in a rich broth. Spice fanatics will enjoy the Mala Red Crayfish, a dish flavoured with traditional Sichuan spice, with the crayfish cooked to perfection inside. The Nanjing Impressions Potstickers dumplings are this restaurant’s claim to fame, and for good reason. The dumplings are tender and chewy, and stuffed with a generous amount of pork filling.
