    On a busy sunday lunch time with 3/4 of the restaurant full, there was only 1 FOH and 1 chef. Accordingly, wait times for service were extremely long and we took almost 2 hours for 4 courses. Since the FOH staff was busy serving all customers, there was little opportunity to chat and understand the thought process and ingredients going into each course. This meant we had little to judge on other than the food quality itself. While the 1st 3 courses were quite good (barring a jelly-like consistency to the puree for the main fish course), the dessert was disastrous. What was supposed to be a hojicha panna cotta came to us in soup form and the panna cotta was clearly not set. It looked extremely unappetizing and should not have been served in my opinion. The FOH staff justified it as the fridge breaking down and did not offer anything in way of compensation, when they could have offered to comp our pot of tea. Overall a very poor dining experience

Morsels' ingredients are sourced meticulously, ensuring the freshest and most sustainable produce finds its way to your plate — with a strict zero waste policy. From farm-fresh vegetables to ethically raised meats, each ingredient has a story to tell, and Chef Petrina masterfully transforms them into edible tales of delight.

    Experience the delicate use of Asian spices in a plate of Pork Jowl Char Siew Wanton Mee, or try the whimsical fusion of East-meets-West in the Magra Lamb Rack with Murcia Al vino cannellini pureé and cardamom jus.

    If diners want to take a bit of Morsels home, the restaurant even offers 'Morsels Provisions', where diners can get artisanal sauces, dips, dressings, pickles, marinated meats, and more — they're MSG and preservative-free, all made from scratch. We love her Fermented Duck Fat Chili!
